To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, details of the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Please securely package the items in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect product received).
- We recommend using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5] business days.
